By setting-up Online Store at Skata Street app, retail Store Owners from Indian towns and cities can receive orders from their existing or new customers living within and around their Colony or Street where the physical shop resides.

Merchants / Store Owners can View Orders received in the Store Owners Dashboard, can update Order Status and delivery time to give status information to customers, and can deliver themselves to the customers.

Skata Street supports and suggests only Pay on Delivery. Buyers directly pay the Order Total Amount to the Store Owners upon successful items delivery by the Store Owner. Skata Street does not get involved in Items Delivery Mechanism, or Payments. Skata Street is merely a technology platform for Store Owners and Store Owners regular/new customers. Skata Street provides simple Order Placement Software as a Service with necessary functionality, to help Store Owners retain their existing customers and business. Store Owners do not need to worry about getting an App developed for themselves / Servers / Infrastructure etc.

Store Owners can register and use Skata Street app for receiving Orders online from the customers with the help of feature-rich functionality for a period of 2 months. After a trial period of 2 months, if the online store at Skata Street is helpful for business to retain existing customers and/or to obtain new customers, Store Owners can continue using the Skata Street Order Taking App Software Service by paying the Basic Monthly Subscription Plan price.
